With all due respect Gummy Bear, biscuits are about the hardest thing I've ever learned to make. I've had my grandmother's recipe card for nearly 7 years now and didn't perfect them until a couple of months ago. Flour, buttermilk and shortening may be trite to you, but show a little more class when discussing such a beloved staple.
