Most of Noshville's menu is suffering. It seems like typical of over priced dinner food. It needs some revamping or so competition to kick it into gear.
My favorite is Hoss's loaded burgers its simple street food you can eat with your hands or on the go. Yet he uses quality ingredients and adds a little creativity so its not boring.
The dirty deed is done. They are liked! I would love to see them focus on Tennessee beers or at least southeastern beers. Calf Killer would be nice.
Tennessee needs to get a break in the beer industry...
This is a great point I believe that is being made. Food is a common link and can be used as a tool in which to show grace and hospitality. It common table used to welcome that is an expression of humanity. But all means are by no way a way to the end. Food should be and expression of are humanity not degradation.
Im glad Nashville can figure something out. But I believe this is sign that our city's food culture is growing. I hope it will continue to grow into something that poeple recognize throughout the country and more importantly that is uniquely Nashville.
