As I read the caustic posts defending the actions of corporate dupes and their uniformed goon squads, the duality is strangely interesting. The same people spitting venom at their fellow Americans for nothing more than exercising their Constitutional rights would (I assume) have had the same to say of our founding fathers speaking out against the rule of a British monarchy. These same people that openly defend their right to owning a firearm as it is their Constitutional right to do so.
To those of you that take pleasure in reading about these citizens being robbed of their civil rights because you disagree with their ideology, I am forced to remind you that the Constitution of the United States is the law, and you cannot enforce only those laws you agree with.

Re: “A Scene reporter arrested by the state sees Nashville under occupation — but whose?”
There are thousands of interviews, declarations and blogs entailing these people's intent, motives and goals. Also, a great many of whom are or have been college graduates, business owners and most importantly taxpayers. I hardly think they are all "losers" or vague in resolve.
If you are expecting an average American to outline political or economic policy w/o the aid of a law degree, you clearly are not the type of persons willing to complain of a recently purchased, malfunctioning television because you cannot think of a better design.
Try researching your opinions before spouting your generalizing, hyperbolic ignorance like some FOX news parrot.
