Photo Id is just like your drivers license proves you are who you say you are. She should just get her marriage certificate and go back and get her ID and vote. What's so hard about showing proof anyway. I had to show my birth certificate and marriage certificate to show proof of name change. I would want my vote to count and not have somebody using my identity to falsely vote.
