TennesseansUnite nailed exactly what these protests are about. They are a chance for every person, whether left, right, tea party, or unaffiliated, to stand up against the cronyism of Wall Street, which keeps all the money in the same spot. Trickle down theory? Job-creators? My ass!
But as for the group as a whole, our number one goal is to end corporate personhood, or the ability for corporations to donate as much money as they want to political campaigns. WE MUST GET THE MONEY OUT OF POLITICS! Anyone can agree that money, mixed with greed, can corrupt anyone. Unfortunately, our political system doesn't agree!
Fight for your vote! Don't let Wal-mart, GM, or GE buy our next group of leaders!
