I've had Walker Creek Toffee before, it is comparable to classic Amish Toffee's I've encountered at rural farmer markets. They use old time methods with only few basic ingredients, which encapsulate the tastes of caramelized butter and sugar dancing in your mouth with unctuous chocolate undertones, all while being easy on the teeth. Therefore it's addictive, I blew through a block of it in an hour.
