I can say this, Germantown Cafe East has the worst ones. They're ruffled and always overdone. It's kind of gross.
Margot has great chips, so does Holland House.
Batter'd and fried filters and resuses their frying oil. That's just nasty and that's why some commenters above noted it tasted gross.

Also...tickets weren't $100, not sure where the above commenter got that, lol. Tickets were $47 before it sold out.
