Why do NFL stadiums have an "average life span" of 30 years, but the most storied college football destinations go back 60, 70, 80 years, and no one is complaining or screaming to replace them? There's seats, there's a field, there's places to buy beer, and places to excise that beer, what else do you need? (and hey, all the money is in the TV revenues anyway).

Given that both 24 and 65 are parking lots during rush hour, in what suburb would the 'commute not be that bad?' Always keep in mind that any serious attempt to alleviate our traffic problems are probably going to die in committee.
