There are days when lightning strikes twice..for me today was that day. First it struck at the Garden Brunch Cafe in Nashville, TN. I went to this fantastic little spot in North Nashville at the persistent suggestions of a friend. Going into this restaurant you notice the urban, contemporary design, that still manages to keep its neighborhood vibe. There’s a jazz melody on the air, and the smell of breakfast fills your senses. The staff is friendly, and the service is attentive without being intrusive..the best kind. I ordered the Germantown West Benny (the Garden’s take on eggs benedict)..two sunny side up eggs, topped with smoked salmon, sauteed organic spinach, cherry tomatoes, caramelized onions, homemade hollandaise, and capers. I pair it with a glass of ginger iced tea…I sip my tea and I wait. As the plate is placed before me by my server, the first thing I notice is the elegant plating and amazing aroma. I cut into my first bite…and my eyes close, and I think “dammit..I wish I could get the first bite back again.” The Germantown West Benny comes with a side of perfectly seasoned, crisp potatoes with it, which are great with the rich, creamy yolk from the perfectly cook egg. I finished my meal in a blissful state..paid my check..and started to planned my next visit to this little gem.

I'm a fan of the Share Our Strength organization, and these are great events, that not n;y promote food in Nashville but support the ongoing success of such a great cause.

Great article..its nice to see the Nashville culinary scene growing. I wouldn't call it a "foodie" town yet, but it's well on its' way.

Fantastic product for LSC. I am the head chef at the Nashville Farmer's Market so I get the privilege of creating live cooking demonstrations around the great product at the market. The shrimp from this company is prime! Plenty of options..and it cooks beautifully

Noble Springs has exquisite goat cheese!! The have an amazing variety that they sell at the Nashville Farmer's Market. try all of them!
