Generally these procedures are performed because of lack of tort reform., They would rather test unnecessarily then not test, miss something, and be sued. The Affordable Care Act does nothing to address these issues nor does it do anything to really controls costs.

I love how the first video looks to be like it is inclusive with many terms yet it flashes capitalism, conservative many times. I only saw liberal maybe once also where was democrat in relation to republican. The bias is pretty bad
