This sucks. That was my favorite Pie in the Sky location. And what are you talking about oily crust? One of the main reasons I like Pie in the Sky is because it's one of the least greasy pizzas in town. I hate greasy pizza.
There's still hope for the future. I'm a Democrat in the 30-44 age bracket, but I was a Republican in the 18-29 age bracket. I was just voting the way my parents raised me to vote. Overcoming brainwashing is a b*tch.
They want to override parental "indoctrination" of children with other religions by bringing Christianity into school, but they want to protect parental "indoctrination" of children that gays don't exist.
Republicans, go figure.
I think more people should read this book. The data for the "conspiracy theory" of the origin of HIV is pretty overwhelming.
I don't see how it's constitutional for the Tennessee constitution in light of article XI section 9, "...any act of the General Assembly private or local in form or effect applicable to a particular county or municipality either in its governmental or its proprietary capacity shall be void and of no effect unless the act by its terms either requires the approval by a two-thirds vote of the local legislative body of the municipality or county, or requires approval in an election by a majority of those voting in said election in the municipality or county affected."
But even if they weasel around our constitution somehow, I do agree that Romer v. Evans sets the case law that will defeat it. My only concern is who will step forward to sue them?
