Hey Pith:
I'm not certain if Desjarlais has any video spots out yet, but are you going to post them (equal time, ya know??) when he does? Otherwise, it looks like you're shilling for Stewart...
Hey Packrat: I AGREE WITH YOU! I don't recall me saying anything defending the Bush administration. And Angry White Patriot is obviously mocking the tea party. If he/she isn't, then I'm concerned. Here's the deal:
-TERM LIMITS
-Eliminate capital gains taxes
-Eliminate corporate write-offs and tax loopholes
-Abolish the DEA, Homeland Security (consolidate into CIA/FBI) and the TSA. (14th amendment, anyone?)
-legalize marijuana
-provide a path to citizenship (and tax revenue) for the 40 million illegal immigrants already working in this country.
-Enact meaningful tort reform
-no more bailouts, no more farm/corn/oil subsidies.
-Oh yeah, TERM LIMITS!
How does that sound?
I'd be laughing at your attempted sarcasm if the fiscal issues facing our country weren't so serious.
And if you are serious...
Those of us with common sense and hard work ethic can't make it. We're at our jobs earning money and growing our business so we can hopefully hire new people and introduce new taxpayers to the system. (PS. that's a good way to increase federal revenue)

We didnt win the Revolutionary War with a debate. Or an election.
JR, Great article, but the Heritage was in Hilton Head Island, not Myrtle Beach. For those of you familiar with that area, its a HUGE (read: Redneck Riviera vs. Brooks Brothers' wet dream) difference.
Re: “Awesomest Op-Ed Ever in The Tennessean”
Do you think the Scene would ever consider running a Pith column from a Libertarian-minded Conservative?
