Re: “Will an arcane legal challenge bring down Nashville's controversial 287(g) program?

Umm. So Daniel here had a state ID but didn't speak fluent english which basically means speaks basically no legible english. He according to the law was detained for possibly being an illegal alien. Now they say he provided a xerox copy of a birth certificate (not valid form of ID by federal standards and was ignored. Later provided a legal copy and later released.

The point they ignore the most is he had an *error* in his birthplace in his documents. His citizenship when questioned before arrest was Mexican. His documentation he first showed said birth place as Mexico. However later his legal BC he provided said he was born in the US.

They also leave out the fact that there are least Daniel Renteria-Villegas's in TN that are seperate people. However they all have the same birth place and the same age while all having different listings of places they have lived in 5 years, different listings of living family members, and nothing that ties them together. While background checks show multiple duplicates of the same names that aren't counted as the 3 basically identical seperate people.

These liberal biased pro illegal articles so often leave out so many facts in favor of supporting illegals and making those wanting the border secured and our laws enforced look as if they are racist anti immigration bigots. We need news sources that report on the facts are unbiased in reporting. We've had enough garbage "news" that is little more then political propaganda garbage.
