Re: “A Dream Re-Awakened

Uhmmm...a good combination! Relevant!! Roger, Lori, and Rip.
The Jazz Workshop in Salemtown/Germantown. I just love it
when a plan comes together at/in a historically-important
North Nashville setting. "Can I get a Witness?"

Re: “In advance of his TPAC shows Saturday, Bill Cosby discusses his early days, the state of TV, and his controversial remarks about the failings of black parents

Note on/to Conslor: Who are you really? Walter S. with the NAACP?
Fisk's Mailman? Or,are you R.Manson Esq., The noted Entertainment Attorney (Bobby Jones etc.)?

I remember several "Carson/Tonight Shows." Great TV-Wonderful
use of the Medium. Very different from the way Oprah uses it.

Did you happen to see any of the Sarah Vaughan/Waymon Reed
appearances. If you are one of the above named Lawyer/Citizens
you would remember those performances. You might have known
Mr.Reed, the Trumpet player. He is/was a famous musician/PHS
graduate, often ignored by local historians. In the opinion(s)
of many, he was probably a better Trumpet-player than Quincy,
but "long-live" Quincy's music. One of, if not the best Composer/
Producer/Arranger of American Popular Music of the 20th Century.

Re: “In advance of his TPAC shows Saturday, Bill Cosby discusses his early days, the state of TV, and his controversial remarks about the failings of black parents

Is Bill Cosby still relevant? He's rich! He's still mostly
Black!! And, he's cuddled up with Oprah!!! Neither he nor
Oprah have publicly spoken out about Fisk and the Steiglitz
dilemma or "The Vernon Winfrey Complex in the Age of DNAmerica"

Let's not leave Quincy Jones off the list of irrelevants.

So if he and she are to remain relevant today, James Brown
should be pictured on the American Flag....Joe/The Collection
