It sounds like Paul A. Abraham's case may be based on hearsay, never a strong offense in court. If he heard this from Billy Ray Cyrus' brother and not from Billy Ray himself, that makes it hearsay. I doubt that the statement is recorded anywhere and my bet is that Billy Ray's brother will simply tell the judge that the farm manager misheard what he said. This does not sound like Abraham has a strong case and my bet is that it will be thrown out of court. When people get around someone who has as much money as Billy Ray Cyrus has--$150 million according to Celebrity Net Worth--they start getting the idea that they can sue for part of that wealth, but that's not the case if they base their suit on hearsay.
