I agree with the author about the interior of the new Virago. It is indeed breathtaking. I wholeheartedly disagree, however, about the cuisine. My husband and I travel often, and are fortunate enough to dine in the country's most highly-regarded restaurants. We find Virago to be among the best, most creative food in Nashville, rivaling even our favorites in New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago.

Sidenote: I have had the pork belly several times and don't believe there's any smoke on it.
