Hi Nicki;

I happen to know the "Izzie's Italian Ice" Sisters....and just thought I would correct a few things in your article!

- It is spelled "Izzie's", versus "Izzy's" (you have it spelled both ways in your article).
- They don't simply put "natural fruit toppings over ice"....it's actually blended in!

Nashville's "Her Magazine" did a great article on them last year that provides great info:
