Thats pretty amazing (Singing Lady) Yeah I hear from Brennan that Gretchen is really good. (I havent heard her personally but she told Brennan I was a good singer! I take that as a huge compliment) It does seem like Nashville music especially is one big "inbred" party... that is to say you either know most everyone, or a select few. It's been fun trying to network more... there are some amazing people in general in Nashville, in and out of music. I love that you said the circle of music goes unbroken... Maybe soon it will circle back into good music being the reason to see someone instead of just the beat and how drunk people are in their music videos. Not to say we dont love a good time over at the Mesas house, but we dont believe that is what music is ALL about.
I thought Brett Manning sounded familiar... I heard about him from Hayley years ago but I never met him. Although I am a professional singer already as I work on Music Row (singing for other peoples demos) I never had lessons, so he could probably teach me a lot... anyway, if you want to see us, we are at facebook.com/mesanashville

Thats awesome. You have some awesome friends. I do need to drop by TMR soon I still havent been. Its a sin. I need to check out the venue and see if I can possibly do our release show there or something. My band does very good live so that would be good to record.

I'm glad you joined up! Jimi is one of my idols. I grew up listening to him, cream, grand funk, and yes...all my dads collection (Randy Thomas- wrote butterfly kisses) I wish I could have seen them all. I am hoping to find a connection to Thirdman, I think they would want us on their team. No contacts yet. I've heard of Brett I think... he may have trained my old friend Hayley (singer from Paramore) I will be in contact with you with our news letter, thank you for your advice!

Thank you American Girl. We are working hard on getting merch and websites going, while at the same time recording our full length debut album, so right now we arent booking a lot but it will be up there when we do! Theres a slight chance we may get one slot in south by southwest. fingers crossed.
You can also download all those tracks for free, you just have to enter your email and youll be added to our email list. dont worry no spam, i do a once or twice news letter to keep in touch with everyone and thank them for their love and support.

Tell your friends and help us out! It's only through word of mouth (and social media) that we will ever be able to "make it"- by which I mean we can all stop delivering pizzas and focus on music. Haha! We love all of you and hope to meet every one of you some day. If anyone has any advice, tips, questions or comments, we are all ears. We are doing it for people like you guys when it gets down to it.
I feel like our music (especially the upcoming debut album) will really speak to a lot of people on different levels. Its only you and your friends that can really make a difference in how far we can take this. Each individual fan is a success for us and we are so happy we can share our talents and passion with all of you and receive such a great response.
