of all the places Yazoo to partner with... they pick Ruth's Chris? Reeallly?
I learned from my mother to experiment and use creativity. It sometimes feels like an episode of "chopped" when I open the fridge and figure out a meal on the fly. So obviously baking is not my forte.
for restaurants that don't use open table, I've started using an app called TalkTo. I've used it for LT and worked great. Works especially well when you want to make a reservation but the restaurant isn't open when you want to make the call.
I lean on twitter food friends for recommendations, both locally and elsewhere. It's proved successful.
urban grub's grits are the best in town
My favorites (in no particular order)
-Frothy Monkey (great specials)
-Biscuit Love Truck
-Monell's brunch (won't go hungry the rest of the day)
-Sweet 16th (I have a coworker import a breakfast sandwich to my office on occasion)
-The Perch (best option Brentwood)
sad to hear this but excited for Jeremy, his family, and more great things from Sloco
