I am surprised that the person who wrote up Marche as "BEST UNEXPECTEDLY BABY-FRIENDLY RESTAURANT: MARCHE" did not bother to check the restrooms... which do NOT have changing stands... so you are left to change your baby on the floor... which last I checked, as a mom of three... is not sanitary OR making that restaurant "baby-friendly" at all.

I am an east nash resident who has requested to them repeatedly to install one and they have not in the years that we have been there. If enough people changed their little ones in the restaurant, maybe they would quickly change their tune.
