I do believe it takes hands to construct a sandwich, but maybe you have been served food that cooked and assembled itself. Would you share that location? I would love to eat there. Every time I have eaten at Martin's it has been very good. I would suspect you will not find anyone who is as passionate about BBQ and how it is prepared in its original design as Patrick Martin. It is his calling! Nice article and congratulation for your success Patrick.
