I do believe it takes hands to construct a sandwich, but maybe you have been served food that cooked and assembled itself. Would you share that location? I would love to eat there. Every time I have eaten at Martin's it has been very good. I would suspect you will not find anyone who is as passionate about BBQ and how it is prepared in its original design as Patrick Martin.
