Can't speak for the Rendezvous, but Central BBQ in memphis was stellar and certainly worth the hype in my opinion. Ribs were clean off the bone, but still with bite. As far as Martins goes, it was a game changer for me as far as what pulled pork can be. Its been a bit dry a couple times, but its also been absolutely phenomenal...and I'm sorry, but seeing that whole hog in the pit is a thing of beauty.

This show was seriously badass. In fact, when Homme asked for requests my mind went blank because they had already played the entire first album, which edges out Rated R in my mind for my favorite Queens album. They crushed it.

I can honestly say that one particular pound of pork I got at Martins BBQ was a near religious experience. I swear to God I've never looked at pulled pork the same way again.
