Slick Lawson...a character indeed. A good friend whom I first met in the late 70's. Gulf & Western Cabin Fever parties at the Gold Rush on Elliston, Friday afternoon group cocktails at the Gold Rush, Hot air outings at Gordon's house,
many drinks at different watering holes around Nashville, Holder-Kennedy sponsored events...and many good times at his 'home' where the door was always open...anytime day or night.
I would have enjoyed growing old along side Slick!!!!
