I am so excited about this. And definitely excited about the 6:30 am opening -- it's weird to me that so many local places don't open until 7.
Agree with this assessment of Twin Kegs, although when I was in there last, about three years ago, it was more habitués than hipsters. There was also one memorable lady who was celebrating her divorce -- it was her second stop, after having been kicked out of the bar at O'Charley's for being too drunk. I guess I need to go back.
YES. That's all I have to say to this.
I noticed the "Coffee" sign on Wedgewood a couple of weeks ago and am glad to know more about this place. Will be checking it out.
Gotta love that saggy pants sign! I've been finding deals (before and after dark) at Colonial since 2002.
They had a limited menu when I visited earlier this week -- and it was even more limited than the name implied, since neither of the two items I tried to order were actually available. That might have been OK if the waiter had told me that when I ordered. In the case of one item, he served me the wrong pickle variety without telling me it was not what I had ordered (I noticed). In the other, I was only notified the type of cheese wasn't available after asking if it was on the way (the others in my party had all been served). Will give them another try later, but I was disappointed.
