KJ, YES. Ben Watts did an amazing job on the fabulous photo spread, but that intro is beyond insulting. "Nashville used to be a bunch of backward hicks. Then cool people from other places showed up and saved it from itself." Oh well. At least they didn't call us hipsters. ;-)
This is an excellent piece, Betsy. You know, if you *are* considering a series, there are a number of buildings on campus that meet the standard. Former houses that are now office and classroom space. I'd love to know the history on the SAE house, too.
We saw him at Catbird. They didn't do the full three-hour deal - chefs did an abbreviated version for them - but looked like they were enjoying themselves. Nobody gawked, nobody stalked.
