Re: “Slice-It-Yourself is Part of the Quirky Draw of Bella Napoli

If you don't try the cannoli - you're missing something really amazing!

The $10 lunch specials are unbelievable! I had the gnocchi, which came with salad, drink, and bread. You can have an entire pizza with salad and drink for $10.

Re: “Santa's special helper is a little high-maintenance

The concept totally freaks me out. I refuse to give in.

Re: “Southern Bred brings genteel taste of home-cooking to East Nashville

I love Southern Bred! Actual crispy vegetables, not overcooked, greasy ones. Lima beans, fried chicken, white bean chicken chili, hot water corn cakes, all have exceeded my expectations. And, the chocolate cake - a rendition of the traditional coca cola cake. Everything is fabulous!

Re: “Flash Flood Crisis: Open Thread

Thanks, Jim. Waters back down where I am in Smyrna, but some of our neighbors obviously had it in their homes. All 6 horses are back home. They lived in a neighbor's (on higher ground)backyard last night. They wouldn't have survived without the help of caring neighbors in the Peebles subdivision of Smyrna. 6 horses, 3 vehicles, and a dog were rescued while the neighbors desperately tried to get home.
