The reason why you 'juice' instead of eat the foods, is because you are trying to extract the micro-nutrients and 'eat' only those. If you have ever juiced, you will see how much of the food you are eating is actually just processed as waste. With juicing, you are allowing the nutrients to enter straight into your bloodstream instead of having to let your digestive system do all the work for less of an outcome. I went on a 5 day juice fast and felt amazing. Better energy, clearer head. Yes, boredom finally got the best of me but anyone who doesn't see the health benefits in this, clearly isn't doing their homework. Fruits and vegetables are the most nutrient dense foods on the planet, and juicing them is just a better way for your body to absorb those nutrients in large quantities.
let's get back to the first question...why would you open an ice cream/coffee shop in between fido and sweet cece's??? not to mention, fido serves paletas as well!
you definitely tip. i used to work there in college. if it weren't for the tips i wouldnt have chosen such a job to get me through school.
i also agree that 55 south has the best ones - plus they come with little bits of fried jalapeno. awesome.

I would like to talk to anyone who ate at Silotaku who didn't think the cost was worth the food.
