I love Amy's Mattar Paneer. Delicious! I also love the Barber Foods chicken stuffed w/ brie creme, apples and cranberries.
Sadly, they do not offer a spice tray. I loved the sushi; and found the Thai offerings to be very dull...
@Chris I also really dug Mr. Burrito Fresh, especially that spicy avocado sauce. I think it's been close to a month since they closed.
@Nicki, that's exactly how I do it. You definitely want to use foil w/ baking spray or something to help prevent it from getting stuck.
How about the Williams Sonoma recipe for pumpkin cheesecake? http://www.williams-sonoma.com/recipe/pump… I usually skip the pecans on top and add candied ginger.
For a super easy and cheap appetizer--bacon wrapped pickled watermelon rind.
I'm very picky about pizza, and am a huge fan of Jet's. The thick crust is also excellent...and very filling. A small actually gives two of us leftovers.
I had the best mac and cheese in my life as a young kid at a now-closed soul food restaurant in Gallatin. From that point on I could not deal w/ the crappy boxed kind. I have worked hard to match it...I'm close, but it is no where near the fluffy goodness from Duncan's Diner. That said, if I have to eat from the box, I'd much rather deal w/ the powdered stuff than the orange cheese goop.
