Re: “Is Ron Ramsey Alone In Wanting To Remove Supreme Court Justices?

Is Ramsey alone? Not at all. John Jay Hooker makes the case that all the Justices are filling their posts in contravention to the constitution. He opposes their "retention election" just not for the same reason as Ramsey.

Re: “Let's Stop Kidding Ourselves About the So-Called 'Tennessee Plan'

"Their household income is too little to qualify for a government subsidy to buy health insurance..."

This struck me as odd when I read it in the Daily Disgrace. I thought low income people are the ones who DO qualify for a subsidy.

Re: “Council Members to Call for Judge Casey Moreland's Resignation (Updated)

Wonder if they will also take more notice of the reportedly somewhat cavalier attitude the faux judges (commissioners) take as described in Chief Anderson's earlier memo?

Re: “Pinkston To Suggest Dumping Board Policy That Got Him In Trouble

Pinkston is a publicly elected member of the board. What can the board do if he chooses to ignore one of their policies...hold their collective breaths and stomp the floor?

Re: “Beth Harwell to Gun Makers: Come on Down!

Every firearm...pistol, shotgun or rifle should have a trigger lock and be kept in a combination lock safe so that it is immediately avaiable in the event of an emergency.

Remember, when seconds count your law enforcement officers are only minutes away...if you can find and dial the phone.

Re: “Irregularities in Voting Data Led to Double Voting in May 6 Election

At my precinct two ladies who I expect weren't too computer comfortable were in charge of two touch screen tablets...one of which was not working. Sign in required numerous pecks at the computer screen. At previous elections the checkin process was less than two minutes when you reached that post. The new system extends that process to over five minutes. That's real progress.
