@Ryan - The prix fixe lunch at Restaurant August is not to be missed. A serious bargain ($20.01 for 3 courses) and truly exceptional food. We used the prix fixe as a starting point and then added on another course or two, but it is by no means necessary. The space, vibe, service and food were all just lovely!

Actually, "Chappy's Po'Boys" might work if you made it a fast-casual place with NOLA sandwiches (and no gingham or barn wood). Start pumping out some decent shrimp, oyster, and roast beef w/debris on Leidenheimer bread and a good muffaleta? Works for me...
