Right on wdyes. What is written in the petition, in the records submitted by the loving concerned brother under penalty of perjury ---- is not necessarily the truth - is it?
If one were to review the wild rantings in the suspicious petition for conservatorship that was filed on October 17, 2007 and other curious claims in the record by David (and others on Team Probare) and add up what David claims his brother was ingesting every day -- IT IS IMPOSSIBLE!!! to survive the enormous amount every day, 7 days a week.
In addition, it is imperative to objectively study the events beginning on or about May/June 2007 and follow the elephant tracks that took place PRIOR to the drafting and filing of the petition in October. In my opinion, MOTIVE and INTENT is clear, very clear - it's all about saying and doing whatever it took to ELIMINATE Danny and seizing his $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ Stay tuned.....

Songwriter wins fight to regain control of life

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — A Nashville songwriter has won a 2 1/2-year legal battle to regain control of his life and make all medical, legal and financial decisions for himself.
A judge on Monday ruled that musician and songwriter Danny Tate is fully capable of managing his own affairs.
The 54-year-old songwriter, who's written a top 10 hit, had been declared disabled at a 2007 hearing where he wasn't present and later was declared disabled again after being denied a request for a lawyer.
It all happened after the songwriter's older brother went to court saying Tate was suffering from a life-threatening drug addiction.
Judge Randy Kennedy's finding Monday came after three doctors concluded that the songwriter is now capable of managing his own affairs.

Child support payments were also cut off by the temporary conservator David Tate.
No money for Danny's young daughters or for Danny's well being, his security, his profession and future.
Where did the money go? Stay tuned, time will tell the rest of the story....but we do know most of Danny's hard earned money went into the pockets of ....... David's attorney Paul Housch and Team Probate!
Danny is an example of the guardianship / conservatorship racket trap nationwide.
