Walk-In Story Time
Do you remember being a kid back in the day? You know, when kids actually read books, rode bicycles and climbed trees? Today, most youngsters have that glazed-over zombie look from too much candy and nonstop video games. Well, if you would like to jar your child out of the comatose state, Watkins Park Library has just the solution: good, old-fashioned story time. For parents who have children at home, this might be just the mid-morning break you’ve been dreaming of. Every Tuesday and Thursday, the library will dazzle your tots with beloved childhood classics. And get this: On Wednesday, story time is in French and English. Sacré bleu!
