Karen Clay said that they are only able to take care of Michael at home because of a Medicare waiver that they receive that helps them to pay for his care and if Ronmney and Ryan are elected he will likely need to be institutionalized. "Paul Ryan's budget cuts 800 billions dollars over 10 years directly from Medicaid and no insurance company would ever insure him, " she said.
