Re: “Ms. Kellis Karaoke Bar

I can say, I have had a GREAT time at Ms.Kelli's sence I have been in town. Every time I go in they treat me like Family and that by it self is Better than any other bar in town. The Bar Manager Sherri told me they have a saying. Enter a customer, leave a
Friend. It seems to be true. So many of the bars on Broadway or second are nothing but a tourest trap. They see nothing but new people every day. Its all about Money. I
know everyone is in business to make money, but I want to be at a bar that wants me
to be there. The patrons of this place are friendly, and enjoy having a good time. How
much more could you want

the Bartenders are Getting Younger an Cuter! Go Check it
out and youll see what I mean. Ps. Watch out for the Jellow
Shots! One or Two and youll be feeling Mighty Fine. Four or
Five an you'll be Dancing on the Bar. There Cheap, but NOT
Weak. You will find me there Wed, Thurs, Fri and Saturday.
Just look for the Guy having all the Fun Dancing an Singing

Re: “Lipscomb University, Ward Auditorium

I am so sorry American taxpayers had to pay millions and millions of dollars to have a sculpture of MARTIN LUTHER KING sculpted by a CHINESE SCULPTOR in China.

What has China ever done for MLK or his dream?

We Americans must try harder to keep AMERICAN Artists in America FIRST when it comes to doing work of this size.

Tony Tasset is so talented and inovative I believe he would have been a great choice for this work.

Re: “Mazatlan Mexican Restaurant

My friends and I frequent this place almost once a week. The chips and salsa are some of the best around, and this restaurant embodies everything a Mexican restaurant should be: the prices are low, the portions are large, and the food is good.

Re: “Bombasha

Great atmosphere! From beginning to end surprisingly superb customer service! Definitely worth a try ~ when you go be sure to try the signature drinks, the bartender was knowledgeable and friendly! Loved the sangria, it was a treat for the eyes and the palate! Food was wonderful fresh, crisp salad items galore, and the meats.....there are not enough words to describe!

Re: “Porta Via Italian Kitchen

Are you kidding! I did not think we could ever get an Italian restaurant like this in Nashville. Especially on the West Side. I felt like I was walking into a modern restaurant in Milan. The food, service, and ambiance are excellent. I have gone through the menu fairly extensively and there are really no weak spots from the authentic Neapolitan Pizza to the great veal and pasta dishes and out of this world creamy gelato. I could go on and on. I can only put it to you one way GO THERE!!!

Re: “Happy Eating [Closed]

It's Japanese food from a truck! Where else are you gonna find this? Incredible food for and incredible price. And also incredible people working it. It's a win all around. It's worth it to buy from it no matter where you go.

Re: “The Red House

The Red House in Franklin, TN was the perfect place for our wedding in July 2010. It suited me because it was homey and cozy on the outside, and my husband loved it because he is in the music business and it was so rock & roll on the inside. It was updated and not old timey. Our guests loved the atmosphere! The staff was great and made our planning so easy. They checked in on us throughout the planning process, and I never had to worry about a thing. Any time I had questions, they were quick to answer them and get back to me. We loved the caterer who took care of all the set up and clean up, and the food was delicious. I think this is a great place to have a wedding!

Re: “Bombay Palace

If Jesus, Buddha, Gandhi, and other greats asked, "Where shall we eat?", I'd recommend the Bombay Palace! The food is flavorful, the service superior, and the price perfect.

Re: “Bombay Palace

Flavor, Flavor, FLAVOR! This is hands-down my favorite Indian restaurant EVER! The food is so magnificent-- I wish I could eat more than my stomach allots :) The buffet is awesome, fresh, plentiful, and a complementary mixture of dishes. The waitstaff is attentive and smiley. And the price is SUPER reasonable and worth every cent.

Re: “Carmike Hickory 8

I love this movie theater. I thought it would be run down and dingy. What could I expect for $1.50? It is in great shape. They also have a security patrol riding though the parking lot. I have seen two movies there in the last month. It a great way to treat your family to a movie, and not break the bank. It was clean and enjoyable. My son loves it. My 19 year daughter uses it as a affordable activity to hang out with her friends.

Re: “Kien Giang

Best Vietnamese in the city bar none! Ingredients are fresh, prices are low, and the service is quick. I recommend the fresh spring rolls, pho, and vietnamese coffee. After your meal, as is Vietnamese custom, you do not get a check; you need to go up to the cash register where your check is waiting for you. I have heard great things about their po boys, as well, though have not tried one myself, yet. I can't seem to stay away from the pho!

Re: “Firefly Grille

I LOVE LOVE LOVE The Firefly Grille!!! I recently took my parents and sister to Firefly and everyone was wowed! The Conch Seviche and Mac n Cheese were HUGE hits. My father and I both had the paella, and I've been craving it since. Our server was Zac and he was a delight, making great recommendations on wine pairings and his favorites from the summer menu. I have never had anything but a perfect experience at Firefly, and whenever I have friends visiting me in Nashville I make it a point to enjoy a meal at Firefly Grille.

Re: “Lemongrass Sushi & Thai

Every time my Husband and I go, we are greeted so warmly as we walk in the front door!

The food is always excellent, the saki is super, and the service has always been more that satisfactory.

We absolutely LOVE this little gem, and try to go at least once a week!

Re: “Saffire

Really nice retro place with carefully prepared yummy appetizers. Beautiful giant restored bar with private "blue garage" area for private parties. Love the color and feel of this hip bar/dining retreat nestled in the lovely Franklin Factory. A little pricey, but keeps it upscale.
