Re: “Best Do-Gooder

Mr. Poster has been inspiring and helping people since his early years as a teacher in Skokie, IL. I was fortunate to have him as a teacher in 8th grade.
It was great to see him again this Spring in Nashville and to hear about all the causes he helps. His achievements throughout his career are legendary.

Re: “Best Do-Gooder

Finally, an award that actually means something, given to someone who actually deserves it and embodies everything that award entails. Avi, in addtion to being one of my best friends for 20 years is the epitimy of community services.
I vote for putting his picture up in the Websters Dictionary under "volunteerism."
Congraulations my friend!

Re: “Best Do-Gooder

Dear Avi... Never a doubt in your love for your work, always giving back to the communities, watching out for those who are in need, always being there for your friends and family... John and I are very very proud of you. We think of you all the time and know that "sitting down in that La-Z-Boy chair" is not what we would imagine you doing at any time... We are very proud of you for all of your accomplishments and I am sure that all of those who you help are extremely appreciative of you... I know for myself, you are a great inspiration to me and will never forget your help and guidance throughout my life knowing you... Love to you and Joie and keep up the great work you are doing. Love and kisses Marcy & John (from Wheeling, IL)

Re: “Best Do-Gooder

WELL DESERVED to a man that is loved by everyone that meets him, loves his community and our people. A true blessing in Nashville and his wife, Joie Scott is just as sweet and an awesome songwriter. "Not That Different" is her #1 song and that song says so much as to how that couple lives their lives. YEA AVI!!!!

Re: “Best Breakfast

Hate to burst your bubble but pancake pantry sucks. Stupid wait most of the time and food is usually better at Waffle House

Re: “Best of Nashville 2013

I specifically took pink's advice on trying the wings at Peg Leg's. It could not possibly be the wings, unless you just prefer a salty wing. Just cut to the chase and put out salt blocks for people to lick like cows. Salt is a cop out for flavor. I have nothing against Peg Leg personally. I have an open mind, I'm rooting for every dining experience to be special.

Re: “Best of Nashville 2013

Based on what specifically? I'm not being facetious, what could possibly be preferable about Peg Leg over Edley's?
