Re: “Best of Nashville 2009

To show how big of a scam Trapper Jack is, the only good review praising how good the service was..... Was posted by your wife Lori A ... lets be honest, but you left out her last name King. Honesty is the best policy.

Re: “Best of Nashville 2009

Online reviews that are posted by anonymous posters are about as reliable as the competitor that posted this. Animal Pros of Nashville are responsible for these comments left about us. I suggest you read their BBB reviews. Based on the BBB warnings issued by the BBB themselves and not by anonymous posters, I would conclude nothing these guys do is legitimate.

Re: “Best of Nashville 2009

Trapper Jack is a scam!! You can clearly trace the bad reviews on his company from BBB , Ripoff Report, and Others. I have personally traced two bad comments back to Greg King , owner of Trapper Jack. For Professional Wildlife Removal, please contact www.AnimalProsOnline.com, 800-668-9074

Re: “Best of Nashville 2009

Reading through the "Best of...", and stumbled across the "Best View of Downtown: Donnie's Dairy Dip" review.

Betsy Phillips, do you REALLY think your feelings of the 'morning being the safest time to stop and get out of your car in that part of town', is not a bit offensive to those who live in the area?

I live in Historic East Nashville, but how inconsiderate was that? You may not even care, but SOMEONE does!!!

Re: “Best of Nashville 2009

We at Trapper Jack Wildlife Specialist, LLC always appreciate a kind word about our company. We work very hard to maintain the integrity necessary to always show our customers the respect and care they deserve. We realize that “Your referrals are the lifeline to our business.”

However, as the saying goes; "You can please some of the people all of the time, you can please all of the people some of the time, but you can't please all of the people all of the time" Abraham Lincoln.

As with the entry made above, the complaint made was not only investigated by our company, but also by the Better Business Bureau and we were found not guilty of the accusation.

I want to personally apologize for this customers feelings of deception, but I feel this is a clear case saying what we do and doing what we say.

OTTNO.

Thank you again,
Greg King-Owner

Re: “Best of Nashville 2009

Although, I value your opinion of Trapper Jack. I did not have the same experience. He was a complete liar and did not refund the amount of money that HE suggested to me. He failed to take care of his customer, he lied on several occasions regarding conversations and email correspondence (which I have as proof), and he blamed his lack of service on one of his employees saying that he doesn't control what his employees promise.

I would never suggest using Trapper Jack. I would pick a Tennessee company. Greg King lives out of state. In my opinion, he has zero integrity.

Re: “Best of Nashville 2009

Trapper Jack Wildlife Specialist, LLC is by far the BEST Wildlife Removal company in town. The owner, Greg King is truly a man of his word. His crew is courteous and professional. They seem to really love their jobs and the company they work for. Greg is obviously a great guy to work for and certainly a great guy to work with! I can’t thank Trapper Jack enough for the outstanding job they did in not only solving our problem within the hour of first calling them, but for also helping us recover the money we thought we had lost paying one of their so called competitors. I hope the Nashville Scene will consider listing these guys in their 2010 “Best of Nashville” issue!

P.S. We love their quirky radio commercial too…Great job to the producers at 95.5 the Wolf!
