We were visiting from College Station, Texas and heard Jarrett at the Orchid Lounge. Wow, he is amazing!! Can't wait to hear him again. Great original songs also!

Re: “Ryman Auditorium

Saw Mandy Barnett for 2nd time and continue to ask: Why or what is
the problem with this extremely talented singer having never had the
success she so deserving of in this town?

Re: “War Memorial Auditorium

It's so great to have a venue in town that offers seats with a great view and the option to stand in a crowd.

Re: “Tootsie's Orchid Lounge

Saw Jake Maurer in Tootsies, what a star, someone sign him up for bigger things at once. Also Tootsies, absolutely brilliant, exceeded expectations.

Re: “Ryman Auditorium

Sorry but there was nothing worth braving the cold night air for...it dragged, crackled and popped but the jam Jonas hoped would erupt from Prince's old band never happened. I found myself waiting in pretense for a release, a crescendo in a song that never came. Just mindless monotony of endless measures that would finally come to an unexpected end. Unexpected because I'd zoned out long after he'd hit the second chorus of (insert any song) a song. Then he did a Stevie Wonder song, perfect for jamming, only to have Jonas' guitar turned up so loud you couldn't hear the lead guitarist jam and he was really jamming! That's just BAD FORM.

Re: “Ryman Auditorium

The Quebe Sisters Band was the finest performance I've ever heard in listening to the Opry since the 1950s, especially their concluding encore, that fantastic Texas Breakdown fiddle piece. Have them back OFTEN !! They deserve all praise, publicity, and help they can get. They will help keep Texas on the map, so to speak. Only one word suffices to describe their performance: Fantastic. In every way. Thank you for sharing them with all of us, and special thanks to Marty Stuart and Connie Smith, and anyone else associated with having them perform ath the Opry. The QSB lends a new, fresh, and decidedly Country and Texas Swing sound to the Opry. And the standing ovation they got a week ago Friday says more than I can ever say. Thank you. And God Bless the Quebe Sisters and the Opry. John Huntley, Hastings, MI

What a show!!! Steve has made the transition to musician! He hasn't left his comedy behind either. If you get the chance, go to this show. Nashville got a special treat with the appearance of Earl Scruggs. Thanks Steve! You Too Mr. Scruggs!

Re: “Grand Ole Opry House

I would give a five star if Mel and Pam Tillis are on the Grand Ole Opry Saturday night June 13th on Central standard time here in Russellville Arkansas. You see I am a fan of both of them. Love to see and heara them sing. A Fan who thinks Mel is Grand.

Re: “Tootsie's Orchid Lounge

Tootsie's on Broadway is by far, the best place for high energy, fantastic entertainers and just plain fun in Nashville! Two remarkable talents performing the nights we were there were Jacqueline North from Dallas and Anthony Orio. Both deserve the highest accolades for their top notch performances and desire to please the crowd. Truly hope they catch a break - hope someone in Nashville is listening.
