Love love love Betty Joe's slaw, particularly the spicy one. Pick up the Shrock family's egg noodles too - they are lovely. Also a must do at the NFM, get some jerk seasoning from the Nashville Jerk and make his jerk chicken salad and then marinate some pork tenderloin with it. You don't need to marinate it too long, but if you do, it will actually become too spicy for some palates and then it is even more delicious.
