Aside from the Jr High humor, not an entirely bad article. I DO wish Miss White had written it a bit more serious as both firearms AND self-defense (especially for women) are indeed serious subjects. Writing in this style is why kids pick up loaded guns, play with them & point them at one another (as if a toy) & pull the trigger.
At least Miss White didn't show all gun owners as mouth-breathing retards, unlike most Scene articles. I do wonder where her other range experience was as I don't recall a "strip mall range" in MidTN. Would that possibly be Gun City?
