Re: “A Vanderbilt Dumpster diver loses his right to rummage

Poster Seymour needs to check with a better lawyer on whether a Dumpster company owns the property within a dumpster before it leaves the stationery property. They may own it after being picked up, but certainly not before. I'm sure Vandy is embarrassed by this story and all the D Divers that will be showing up at the end of next month to ply their new trade.

Re: “A Vanderbilt Dumpster diver loses his right to rummage

I just need brass balls to DD. That's all I'm asking. Fuck all the political shit. DD is better than looting! Once items are discarded, that means the owner no longer uses it and no longer wants it, therefore it's free for the taking. The homeless DD on a daily basis, so what's the fuckin deal?! Now selling your DD finds is your business, now you're dealing with the resale of purchased products, which is illegal. But hey, as long as you don't advertise it and aren't caught, who cares, right? I mean, how many store goods are purchased on a daily basis and resold at a local high school or at some kids lemonade stand? It's all politics. The thing is ppl, if DD becomes a big phenomenon, then who will keep the stores in business so that DD ultimately will be possible?
