#18 We already have a collecting institution. It's called the Parthenon. Why not fund an underground expansion fitting of an IT city instead starting from scratch with another building. Why not fund what we already have?

Re: “The Daily Links: Larry King, Katrina Oaks, and the Roanoke TV Murders

My,my, sort of an ode to J Collins. Well, maybe not an actual ode. I put up another like.

And it is wonderful, it rhymes beautifully. It must have taken several hours of labor. Lots of posters, left and right, will enjoy it; I am proud to be a long time blogger here.

I know all will be waiting for JC to give his view!

We must realize- this draws us all closer to one another.

I spent countless hours appropriating that song for the sole purpose of making fun of Jim Collins and I can't get more likes? I hate you people.

Juanita, johnthereveldevilator, revelator's mom, sofa king, one trick pony, repetitive white patriot, waste of time, bubba the bible man, George w, Mrs. Jim Collins, jumbo jim collins, Mrs brain guy, etc= gee I wonder who? (said with a pound of sarcasm). If this is your way of trying to shut people up that you don't agree with, you are failing miserably. And I'll say that to the other side who are sock-puppeting their way through their day as well.

Re: “The Daily Links: Larry King, Katrina Oaks, and the Roanoke TV Murders

They can charge so little because they make it up in volume! (It's like a used car lot!!!)

"When asked by the 'buyer' what sort of volume they wanted, Dyer says they would want 50 livers a week (from aborted babies).

She adds: 'Yea. Just so you guys know, on the collection side for us, we're also- as you see Megan out there in the clinic, we're working with almost triple digit number clinics. So, it's a lot on volume a little more than what we do. It's a lot."

She also explained that some labs don't want to be reminded that they are buying the body parts of dead babies.

Dyer laughs at the fact that the labs might not like to be reminded of what they are working with, 'But we know what it is. I mean, [laughter], but their lab.'

Check out the video lynx.

Re: “Following a Caravan of Micro-Houses for the Homeless Through Downtown Nashville

C'mon Linda, it just feels right to vilify the homeless doesn't it? It's a perfectly natural response. You don't watch enough Fox News. The poor are the source of all our problems. The poor, immigrants, mouthy women and uppity nig...negros. (I don't want to be censored.)

Re: “Why Don't We Give Poor People the Incentives?

Just pointing out what a waste of valuable time it is trying to rationalize with idiots.

Thanks for the comment about my mother, yoyo.

She's a Christian lady who loves you even when you call her a whore.

I, on the other hand, hate your rotten guts and I sincerely hope you break a hip today.

Fuck you too, donna. You were the first to call my mother a whore and you'll rot in hell for it.

Re: “Mayoral candidate Megan Barry on her vision for Nashville, from the future of schools to transit and taxes

well, that was a nice bunch of softball questions.

I'd've asked her why she caved in to the $65 million extortion by Bridgestone/Firestone? as well as the massive welfare checks to HCA and Sounds.
Extortion is illegal? Right? But I guess when it's rich corporate donors....
Of course Fox wants to just sell us out completely to his corporate cronies.

Why she pushed for 19 million unnecessary bridge in the Gulch and is non-committal about a small (2.5mil) project in Madison which was approved in the 2012 capital improvement budget which she voted for.

What specific steps in what time frame will you make this happen: "I want to see us have complete streets all over Nashville. If I could, if every one of those pole lines could be buried,?"

I'd also ask if she would connect Madison and Inglewood with sidewalks. That would make Gallatin Pk walkable from downtown to near Rivergate.

Re: “Following a Caravan of Micro-Houses for the Homeless Through Downtown Nashville

I don't understand all the hatred for the homeless. They are people just like you and I. Most of us are only 2 paychecks away from being homeless at any given time. I think these homes are fantastic. And the dedication ceremony was wonderful. Thank you to all who made this happen. God Bless all of them, and a special blessing on all the haters.

Re: “Vandy researchers explore a novel cure for homelessness: housing help

Forcing any Landlord to accept Section 8 vouchers would be a huge infringement
on one's property rights. That type ruling might work in a Communist country
or an American City run by a "group" of communist, but it sure sounds
Un-American to this reader. Most Landlords are just folks like everyone else
using Rental Property as a hopeful sound investment in their lives. Not monsters.

Re: “#MayoralChatter: Megan Barry, David Fox, and the Karl Dean Problem

Patrick-
It's spelled Barry, and the fairground vendors have endorsed her. While pro-business, yes, that is support from small, localized businesses which is entirely different than corporations...

"Most of our members live in Nashville, and they want a mayor who will not only invest in the fairgrounds, but also invest in our public schools, our transportation system, and help make sure that Nashville remains affordable. Megan Barry is the clear choice on all of those fronts."

Like Ashley Judd donating to your campaign from out of state kind of money? Cool.

Re: “Mayoral candidate Megan Barry on her vision for Nashville, from the future of schools to transit and taxes

AS the co-mayor of the city, sharing a partner's desk with Mayor Dean, Megan
Barry's only regret, when asked that question, was that they didn't spend even more money on higher salaries. She even fudged or hedged her answer on should the city continue the TIPS financing in the redeveloping areas. Like the sponsoring Tennessean, there is no project or policy she's not ready to spend even more on! Where is any thought or discussion of financial
responsibility to the tax paying homeowners across the rest of this county?

It is a really bad place, I filed a complaint against them a year ago with the agency that licenses them and nothing was done. My suggestion is do not put your children in this facility.

Obama might have been more effective had this republican dominated congress not accomplished their stated goal to block him at every opportunity. But don't let facts get in the way of your hateful distortions yoyo sock puppet.

When I am not on porn sites or Google Spy, I like to get on this Web site and show how superior being liberal and progessive is. I am one of their top salesmen. Ask any of them.

I want to thank my publisher for the careful line editing and for making me what I am today. The world is a better place for it.
