I'll tell you what I'm tired of - I'm tired of dimwits like Matt and Jim trying to piss down my back and tell me it's raining. They think everyone else in the world is stupid but them. If you have a problem with all the shootings that happen in our country lately, YOU'D WANT TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, JERK. You do not want to do ANYTHING in response to these horrible crimes. No background checks. No limits on magazines. No safe storage requirements. Zero. The fact that your answer is for us to do NOTHING after these things happen is proof that you do not care. It's selfish, ignorant and small minded. I hope you never suffer like thousands of families in our country have since Newtown.

That's just it, zoombah, there are NO freedoms being taken away from you. You have the freedom to own any weapon you might like, that is considered legal at THIS time. All those of us in favor of UBC's wish is for you and anyone else desiring to but a gun to go through a consistent UBC, which might take as much as 15 minutes. That is even hardly an inconvenience. Hence on that issue, Matt is not lying. He does not lie about the facts of the killings he uses as illustrations, I invite everyone to check the facts. He does make some rather unflattering observations about what motivates you, which IMHO he has garnered from your on line statements and attitudes. Perhaps he is wrong on some of that, just as you are often wrong with your POV and when you use personal attacks as some warped therapy for your sad existence. You have no right to expect respect or favorable judgements when you offer vindictive and obscenities. Just who the F**K do you really think you are. You hide behind anonymity and multiple nom de plums out of fear of "liberals" you claim? Yet you desire amnesty from all your sins because you are in your own mind the only one who is right! Last I heard the fairgrounds were being charged the overhead costs of Metro admin offices like mayor, finance, and IT when they hadn't before. That is an old League of Cities trick that allows governments catching heat for a lack of fiscal restraint to a) look responsible b) get money out of special purpose funds and into the general fund and c) kill institutions by slowly robbing their fund balances

I know a great deal of immigrants, Mr. Allen, & I work with many. Virtually ALL of the ones I work with jumped thru hoops, filled out reams of paperwork & waited patiently for their turn at the chance on the American Dream. Nor did they sneak over the border, bringing their troubled issues with them in the way of brothers/cousins/sons who are gang members. Ask Metro Police about MS13 & the issues that particular gang has wrought upon Nashville.
Furthermore, illegals working on a cheap cash basis takes away jobs from the economically depressed, mostly black folks. I know lots of black men whom would jump at the chance to get back into construction work. Instead subcontractors hire ILLEGALS at a cheaper rate & pay NO TAXES. Hear that, liberals? PAY NO TAXES.
Mr. Allen, you lump ALL immigrants into one tidy little package nothing could be further from the truth. As for me personally, I do in fact welcome all LEGAL immigrants as I've worked in foreign countries myself & know what it's like to not know the language very well & so forth.
As for my "anger", yes, I am "angry" every time I read in the paper about an ILLEGAL who got drunk, drove & killed someone & then fled the country. Or every time an ILLEGAL raped, robbed or murdered someone. And in case YOU didn't know it, illegal immigrants are preyed upon the most by their illegal ganged-up brethren as the gangbangers know their victims most likely won't call the police. But clearly this is all hunky dory with you, sir.

Yes, please let this happen so we can finally put the luchador mask incident behind us. An incident which has troubled the People of Tennessee deeply and had caused many, including myself, to lose sleep on many nights. I just can't get past it! We desperately need this debate so that we can be "even with fate" about Halloween several years ago. And a debate with a former wrestler - who used to WEAR A MASK - would obviously be the perfect solution to heal our wounds. Anyone can see that.
