Re: “Cracker Barrel Makes Great Strides: It's Now Only the Third Worst Place for Gays to Work

@CollinsTheRevelator: Gast is not john, john is not gast. "Just sayin" is the stupidest catch phrase ever put to brief use by "D" students. Does it have any meaning at all?

Re: “A Walmart Security Guard Shot a Man in East Nashville for Stealing Beer

Here's a pro tip for you. When you post the same stupid opinion twice under different names, don't post them next to each other. It makes it too obvious what you are doing.

Re: “A Walmart Security Guard Shot a Man in East Nashville for Stealing Beer

so someone broke the law and was shot? Is there a fund I can donate to for the security guard? maybe raise money to buy him a house or a new car? seems to me people applaud him putting a stop to a shoplifter. The man stealing just might rethink doing it again, and instead of jail, make him stand out front of the store wearing a sign that says "I tried to steal and got a bullet wound for my troubles."

Re: “A Walmart Security Guard Shot a Man in East Nashville for Stealing Beer

if more criminals got a painful life lesson that stealing is wrong, maybe they would quit doing it. Crime is out of hand in this country and it's the fault of the bleeding hearts that put more sympathy with a criminal than the people who abide and enforce the law. So a criminal was shot for shop lifting, if it happened more often it might reinforce people to make the right choices.

Re: “The Daily Links: TV Writing, Denzel Washington, and Ello

The difference between lying and misinforming? The one runs the risk of criminal liability in certain circumstances, and the other is a minimum qualification for working at Fox News, the NFL, or any entity associated with The 0.01%.

That provision first became part of the Tennessee Constitution in 1834. You know, when Andrew Jackson was President.

gast: Considering you have been posting obsessively as yoyo and john, among other thinly disguised sock puppets, perhaps your computer is having an identity crisis, sort of a schizophrenic breakdown!
Just saying..........

Re: “A Walmart Security Guard Shot a Man in East Nashville for Stealing Beer

Getting shot for stealing a beer? By a rent a cop? Death penalty (or attempted DP) for common theft. He wasn't even a fleeing felon, just a cheap thief!
Maybe, just maybe the 'rental" could have gotten the license number and turned it over to the police? You know, the guys who do this for a living? MPD usually do not shoot someone for trivial theft. Unlike Ferguson Gestapo!

Re: “Cracker Barrel Makes Great Strides: It's Now Only the Third Worst Place for Gays to Work

It is the only place were employees are not allowed to say "fuck" because it is not a "family friendly" word but the phrase (forgive me Father for stating this) "God Dammit" is greatly accepted!! It makes no sense and offends me a great deal. As a Christian, I am offended the uncountable times a day I hear this disgusting phrase stated in this place. Since when is that phrase "family friendly?"

I'll check back tomorrow and I'm hoping, really hoping, to see something clever. I mean like, haha kind of funny. Think witty retort. Have some imagination.

Re: “Brian Haas Is Leaving The Tennessean

When you come down to it there's just no substitute for wit, is there? You either have it or you don't. You can do it donna, be clever. Just once.

Re: “Brian Haas Is Leaving The Tennessean

I cannot be original, because I know only three insults: cow, bitch, and dummy. Help me, somebody!

I hate it when conservatives are smarter than I am and won't shut up after I tell them to! Dang it all anyway!

Re: “Brian Haas Is Leaving The Tennessean

Write some more of that novella style rambling. Maybe in another few thousand words you could come with something funny or something hurtful. You can do it, you know even a monkey with a typewriter will make a word now and then.
Bang on, mate.

Re: “Brian Haas Is Leaving The Tennessean

C'mon donna, if you just keep parroting me it's embarrassing. Be original, give it some thought. Bring something to the table. You're a professional, after all.
