Re: “Best Country Song

Like the song, but it is just Springsteen 2.0. It would be more impressive if he actually wrote the song differently.

Re: “Best Country Album

Love Platinum! Miranda pushes the envelope on songs and sounds, yet is always putting out songs that honor the classics. Her CDs have a few tunes that "old school" and help remind/expose the new generation to the sounds of our honored past. One of the best treasures "country Music" has is Miranda Lambert out there representing authenticity!

Re: “Best of Nashville 2014

It certainly reflects the Scene's demographic- and the fact that those who profess not to read The Tennessean most certainly do. Either that or the (largely) anonymous Pith posters are not among the voters.

Re: “Best Ribs

The Best Ribs can be found at Carl's Perfect Pig, HANDS DOWN, FORGET ABOUT IT. 40 minutes west of Nashville, (30 mins. from Bellevue) on Highway 70 just before you enter White Bluff. Believe me it is worth the drive. Hickory smoked cooked perfectly with a sweet and spicy flavor and meat falling off the bone (wet). But why am I telling you this, just make the line longer! Do me a favor and don't make the drive. BTW pretty much everything on the menu is delish, my wife loves the cheeseburger.
