Re: “How a terrible worship song drove me from Christianity

I've made $64,000 so far this year w0rking 0nline and I'm a full time student. I'm using an 0nline business opportunity I heard about and I've made such great m0ney. It's really user friendly and I'm just so happy that I found out about it. Here’s what I've been doing…

Re: “Why Don't We Give Poor People the Incentives?

Brainless,

I diligently read the NYT on Sundays, the WSJ, daily. The NYT has a print circulation of about 600K; the WSJ, easily twice that. FOX is by far the leading cable TV and CNN and MSNBC are struggling to keep up. It is it is significant, Brainless, as both the WSJ and FOX are right wing. Neverthe less I do like Erin on CNN and the finest of them all, Megyn Kelly on FOX. I watch both.

The NYT is left wing. Many here attempt to win their argument by saying this and that are "right wing" as if that wins the day.

If one is serious about "keeping up" with current events it is necessary to read the WSJ every day- your main source of current events opinion is mostly on their 3 opinion pages. Not lurking throughout the entire paper. Read the NYT if you wish, but with left wing opinions on every page the Times is suspect often no matter where you are reading.

"Williamson County State Rpresentative Glen Casada on Ashley Madison?"

Please, please, please let that be true!

Seriously, how stupid do you have to be to use your work email for something like this?

Re: “Mayoral candidate Megan Barry on her vision for Nashville, from the future of schools to transit and taxes

I can't vote for Barry based on one issue: her failure to commit to not raising the property tax rate. Nashville real estate values have exploded, so assessed values are much higher. That, of itself, should provide the city plenty of increased revenue. So why can't Barry commit to not increasing the property tax rate?

Hey, Ashley Madison users of Tennessee, Betsy thought it was important to let you know she thinks you're all scumbags. So stop being scumbags, ok?

Whew, glad we got that straightened out.

Re: “Vandy researchers explore a novel cure for homelessness: housing help

Purging the waitlist because no one wants to deal with the calls? Nice one. Maybe everyone needs to use technology and upgrade to the current century- that should be priority número uno.

Re: “Vandy researchers explore a novel cure for homelessness: housing help

I fully agree. That is what has happened to Antioch. When I first moved to this city, that was the place for young upwardly mobile individuals to live. Now, you can't turn on the news without hearing of a car-jacking, robbery or break-in that doesn't happen in Antioch. City officials have given vouchers to those that live in public housing downtown, East Nashville, etc. so they can be torn down to make way for new hipster condos- and where did they move these individuals-- to Antioch. Now the people of Antioch they have purchased homes, trying to hang on to their property values are stuck with these property owners who have caved to Section 8 and tax credit housing because they can't lease to anyone that wants to live there besides those with vouchers. Now there's this big move to regain and restore Antioch by not allowing cash advance outlets. Look, an area is going to support the kinds of retail that cater to the people that live there. Unfortunately, for that area... it IS cash advance, Dollar Stores, etc. Forget about a Panera Bread, or a nice eatery. No one wants to invest in that area... and I don't blame them. Until you change the people in an area, you're not going to change the area.

#18 We already have a collecting institution. It's called the Parthenon. Why not fund an underground expansion fitting of an IT city instead starting from scratch with another building. Why not fund what we already have?

Re: “The Daily Links: Larry King, Katrina Oaks, and the Roanoke TV Murders

My,my, sort of an ode to J Collins. Well, maybe not an actual ode. I put up another like.

And it is wonderful, it rhymes beautifully. It must have taken several hours of labor. Lots of posters, left and right, will enjoy it; I am proud to be a long time blogger here.

I know all will be waiting for JC to give his view!

We must realize- this draws us all closer to one another.

I spent countless hours appropriating that song for the sole purpose of making fun of Jim Collins and I can't get more likes? I hate you people.

Juanita, johnthereveldevilator, revelator's mom, sofa king, one trick pony, repetitive white patriot, waste of time, bubba the bible man, George w, Mrs. Jim Collins, jumbo jim collins, Mrs brain guy, etc= gee I wonder who? (said with a pound of sarcasm). If this is your way of trying to shut people up that you don't agree with, you are failing miserably. And I'll say that to the other side who are sock-puppeting their way through their day as well.

Re: “The Daily Links: Larry King, Katrina Oaks, and the Roanoke TV Murders

They can charge so little because they make it up in volume! (It's like a used car lot!!!)

"When asked by the 'buyer' what sort of volume they wanted, Dyer says they would want 50 livers a week (from aborted babies).

She adds: 'Yea. Just so you guys know, on the collection side for us, we're also- as you see Megan out there in the clinic, we're working with almost triple digit number clinics. So, it's a lot on volume a little more than what we do. It's a lot."

She also explained that some labs don't want to be reminded that they are buying the body parts of dead babies.

Dyer laughs at the fact that the labs might not like to be reminded of what they are working with, 'But we know what it is. I mean, [laughter], but their lab.'

Check out the video lynx.

Re: “Following a Caravan of Micro-Houses for the Homeless Through Downtown Nashville

C'mon Linda, it just feels right to vilify the homeless doesn't it? It's a perfectly natural response. You don't watch enough Fox News. The poor are the source of all our problems. The poor, immigrants, mouthy women and uppity nig...negros. (I don't want to be censored.)
