I'm confused over the Judge's insistence that an opinion from the Attorney General is an absolute necessity on any law passed. Such opinion may be helpful in drafting a law, but to be a "must" before legal passage just doesn't sound correct.

I offer you the info that i had fully 'Qualified' to run in a political campaign (in Missouri in 2008) and then they simply discarded my Name and my eligibilty and information and then i had no legal recourse , unfairly .

One thing you should know about your liberal buddies - they were scared to death of the commies, got all over President Reagan for daring to confront Russia and did everything they could to help the spread of communism in Central America and even took campaign contributions from the Communist Sandinistas. Liberals were no friends of freedom seeking Europeans and it was conservatives who caused the Berlin Wall to come down. Left up to liberals, the Soviet Union would still be in existence and Iran would still be holding American hostages.

@Min: It's been my experience that people who complain about Christian hypocrisy ain't much better. I've met a few really decent people over the years and the odd part of it was they didn't know they were special and you just can't say to somebody you're not close to, "Hey, you're pretty special when it comes to being a decent human being." Life has it's quirks.
There is a story of an English gentleman who saw a lady drop a purse of gold coins and he could have picked it up and kept it but he didn't, he returned it to her and she said, "Oh, thank you, sir, for being so honest." He replied, "Madam, you might as well thank me for breathing."
His conscience wouldn't let him be anything other than honest. There's not much of that anymore.

This is India/ Jennifer Wynne. I never stated my assumptions as facts. The facts are Nancy would wake me in the middle of the night after a fight with Lisa crying hysterically. Then she would rush over begging her not to leave. Then the gifts came. Any staff member who questioned their relationship was fired. Nancy's own pastor forbid them to see each other out of work. They would have me arrange " accidental" meetings at my hideaway bongo java. They would go to bed in just a shirt and underwear together. They did buy a house together behind everyone's back and say that it was Lisa's. nancy borrowed money for the down payment from a wealthy friend of hers. Over the years I was approached by many reporters about my story and only spoke now cause of Caleb agreeing to tell the facts and only the facts. I am sorry if what really happened offends anyone , but I will not rewrite history to spare feelings.

That is why you caulk around j-channel, where it touches your coil stock. Also i know in INdiana is is a building code to install fan fold insulation under vinyl. In addition, ever notice why brick masons put cotton robe every few feet under the first layer of brick? So the water that gets behind the brick has a place to drain from. Walter i doubt you have ever seen vinyl properly installed. Give me a 16oz. hammer and a brick sided house and i can be inside eithin 60 seconds .
