Re: “The Daily Links: Forensic Folly, Kim Kardashian, and Richard Nixon

"Saddam Hussein, wanted the world to think he had WMDs"

So did Bush (and Cheney as he gave him his lines to say), because that gave them an excuse to go in to finish the job that his daddy left undone.

Yee-Haw!

Re: “"Duck Dynasty" the Albatross Around Franklin Company's Neck?

...or you could look at the pictures that were published showing the family members before the show began. They looked normal and dressed in regular clothes.

It's a "reality" show, no more real than the other shows in that genre.

"The Southern Baptist Church is far, far more evil that the church of Satan."

Which Southern Baptist Church are you referring to? There are many.

Re: “Wait ... Diane Black Just Endorsed Jim Tracy?

Right, Moost. We snuck in to the capital in the middle of the night and put our judges in the courts while the Repubs were napping. We didn't follow the process in place that has already been challenged and determined to be perfectly legal.

You caught us, big guy.

Re: “Ben Folds to Vacate RCA Studio A Building

Hmm, "raised 124%"? Yeah, creative people don't always describe math very well. Does he mean that the new rent will be over twice what it is now, or only about 1/4 more?

Re: “The Weekly Open Thread: Restaurants and Smartphones

If I'm by myself I'll have my phone out sometimes to serve as something to read in lieu of something else, but if I'm with others or especially family I have a strict "no technology" policy at the table. I will politely ask you to turn it off or put it away, whether it's a phone, gameboy or whatever. It won't kill you to enjoy your food, company and conversation for an hour.

Re: “The Daily Links: Forensic Folly, Kim Kardashian, and Richard Nixon

Bush is long gone. yoyo made the pertinent points quite correctly.

What is really scary is Iran vs BHO. What if that got sticky?

Where is a Reagen when we need one? Or, a Thatcher?

I'd take Bill Clinton in a pinch over this loser in the WH.

Re: “Ben Folds to Vacate RCA Studio A Building

So, Ben Folds can't keep his cheap rent anymore... boo hoo, guess he'll have to go back to his mansion and wipe his tears with 100 dollar bills. STFU already. Only one complaining is Ben Folds. If he's been paying rent for 10 years, why wouldn't just buy the shit? clown

This sounds pretty good but I always like using www.biopaleo.com for reviews on paleo cookbooks.

Re: “"Duck Dynasty" the Albatross Around Franklin Company's Neck?

Betsy Phillips. You have no idea what your talking about. You would think that the people you work for works make sure that your comments are accurate. Your assertion the Robertson's are somehow not "rednecks" and are "rich people playing rednecks on TV is ridiculous. Phil Robertson and his family built themselves up from poverty to what they have now. For a long time they were commercial fisherman and only in the last decade or so have they become wealthy. That's how it is supposed to work in America. Now you are free to disagree with the Robertson's family beliefs but atleast be truthful instead of jumping on the bandwagon and acusing them of being cons. If you took the time to do the proper research you would find that they are completely authentic and are what they appear to be. Or maybe your happy getting your facts from internet conspiracy sites that obviously have their own agenda besides telling the truth. Just like you.

Re: “The Daily Links: Forensic Folly, Kim Kardashian, and Richard Nixon

@Ben P: The House voted for the invasion, the Senate voted for the invasion, and former President Clinton said President Bush, FROM THE INFORMATION HE HAD, would be remiss in his duty if he didn't invade. Remember, Saddam Hussein, wanted the world to think he had WMDs.

Re: “Wait ... Diane Black Just Endorsed Jim Tracy?

It is so easy to judge the power in Tennessee when your side is on the fringe looking in with no hope of actually being relevant in the state anytime soon. Except for those judges you were able to get into place just before the politics of judgeships suddenly became important.

You know that Satanists didn't try to use the Bible to excuse slavery.
Nope, Democrats did.
