Re: “A new Predator, a Music Row hitmaker and the co-author of 'Don't Stop Believin' ' among August's biggest home transactions

I believe Dan Auerbach of The Black Keys is the buyer of 205 Ensworth Ave. Elizabeth Gregory has handled every single one of his Nashville home purchases in the past. Her name also appears on the deed for the current and a former home of band mate Patrick Carney. Pure speculation, though, pure speculation.

Re: “For one month, Hickman County is the new Belle Meade

That's not all Darai Corp. purchased on beaverdam. They also bought another 1,500 acres around the main house. A total price of $4,000,000.

Re: “Is Kenny Chesney the proud new owner of a $9 million home? This and more in Headline Homes, our monthly roundup of sky-high real estate deals

There are always a ton of homes for sale, but the Hallandale homes for sale are great as well. Even if I had 3 billion dollars, I don't see myself living in a 9 million dollar home, let alone a 1 million. I'm pretty much content with the little things in life.
