Re: “Rock in a Hard Place

Hi Guys Mindy and the girls were struggling originaly but it wasnt long before they became a force. I played with numerous bands then and also played almost every where the girls played. While with the Closed Book we recorded at Globe and played the window on Broad. Wobderful times. I guit playin for many years. I started back playin out just finger pickin in 2010. I ran ibto Jean on FB and sheis still a very nice lady. I wonder what mindy ever did with the chords to Stagger Lee and Hey Baby by the Bucminghams. I snuck them to her during Chemistry Class I think. They were friends and I had more than one discussion with some players that felt challenged by them. Long time ago in a place far far away. In times that were changing. Telecasterron@hotmail.com

Re: “The messy truth behind Amazon's Tennessee tax tradeoff

@Stillblue you just can't comprehend enumerated powers..it's a STATE issue not a Federal Issue..i don't care how "messy" it is the founders did not want a central government that ruled over everything. They wanted government to be a local as possible.

Re: “There'll be no absolution for the man suing the Sisters at Aquinas College for reverse discrimination

It's the war between men and women. And in the nursing schools this war is ever amplified. This is why we don't see many 'heterosexual male-nurses' working as RN's in the hospital environment, and we see a plethora of pill-popping divorcees gossiping at the nurses station about petty nonsense, and complaining about not being appreciated by their patients as 'medical professionals.' LOL Women today believe they are superior and more entitled than men, and there is a heightened sense of this kind of arrogance in the female-dominated nursing vocations. The subjugation of men in America is growing, and because of that a real battle between men and women is coming. This will be the 21st century's 'great corrector,' as it will restore our men to their rightful place as respected human beings, and humble the surge of disgusting women who think they are 'bad-a****.' Heterosexual men are literally attacked by these hostile, arrogant, swine we colloquially refer to as women, until the men are literally bullied out of nursing programs. Still today we find these men, who are the target of such attacks, decide, via reason and rationality (sometimes fear and weakness), to pursue a different pool of opportunities for employment, a pool which is quickly shrinking for our men in America, by the way. These "WOMEN" at Aquinas are the paradigm that must be eradicated before progress here in America can begin to occur. They're viciousness towards men is causing America's male/female relations to slide backwards, and men are beginning to see it for what it is now. It's like women today believe their crap doesn't stink, and men are incapable, paralyzed by fear, totally emasculated, or just too pathetic to strike back and put these dirty women on their proverbial butts. Point being, these Aquinas women, and all their feeble minded aiders and abettors, are filthy sows who deserve to be put in their place. These women should be punished now, and beyond the grave! When the real battle begins here in America we all know who the victor is going to be, it's going to be savvy, smart, and physically powerful men, like this nursing student, who chose the law (this time) as a means to defend himself here. More men should begin doing what this male nursing student did, and start filing law suits against these treacherous dirty skanks who think they are above men, and above the 'natural law' and 'natural order' of human life. It's time men in America take back from these dingy, barbaric females their dignity, and reclaim their rightful place as strong, intelligent, productive men in America.

Re: “Nashville Population Declining

The answer to why smart (wealthy/working class) people are leaving is not that difficult. Davidson county has become more and more LIBERAL, period.
