So Elvis aside, it's basically the Messianic version of The Jazz Singer?

Re: “In outrageous doc The Dog, the real-life robber behind Dog Day Afternoon out-Pacinos Pacino

A linear scenario devoid of spectacular twists situation, but exceptionally well written and without the elements that make a film a commercial (the film won, moreover, the Oscar for best original screenplay). Al Pacino plays not only the main character, but really the only character: lead single movie from beginning to end, and all the other characters seem to exist only to put the movie is worth it just credible and represents a "radiography "highly plausible of a robbery. Not intended to be comedy, but it has a few moments where you can not stop laughing - "I had a plan! I had a plan "or" Attica! Attica, "the latter highlighting the way Sonny and establishes a relationship with the crowd gathered in front booby bank. From villain, bisexual offender until we finally Sonny becomes sympathetic - especially because this interpretation Pacino, who shone in every part of the "bad boy" has played. In conclusion - excellent film both in terms of the script, and (especially) the interpretation of Pacino, who is a real lesson in acting. Chapeau bas, Master!

Re: “Stupid humans, trying to upstage the killer-twister star of fitfully exciting Into the Storm

Re: “OK James Brown biopic Get On Up fumbles one of pop music's most compelling stories

When I met and talked to Brown associate Fred Wesley in South Carolina in 1998, he still called James Brown "Mr. Brown," as if Mr. Dynamite were going to suddenly emerge from behind the counter of that po-boy place and chastise Wesley like a little child.

Re: “OK James Brown biopic Get On Up fumbles one of pop music's most compelling stories

I just saw the film, and while it's easy to pick apart occasional Hollywood excesses, and bemoan all the important things that had to be either left out or over-simplified, I think it was much better than the average music bio-pic and much better than this review suggests. I really enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone who loved Brown's music. I also think Chadwick Boseman did an amazing job.

A new team of Marvel superheroes will make its entry into theaters, composed of characters as different as it is interesting. Newcomers are the Guardians of the Galaxy, some lesser known Marvel universe, so studios have considered it appropriate to launch a major character in the film guide, which will help to avoid confusion between, for example, Dey and Korath Rhomann, but also finding some useful biographical orientation in the complex world of fighters Galaxy.
