The line-up for this show was I am the Tower, Ophiuchus, Black Tusk, and Pentagram. Armament was forced to drop the gig so we, Ophiuchus filled in for our friends. This picture is of me, Alex, of Ophiuchus.

I am positive that all of the great Nashville's musicians on the bill are happy performing there next month, BUT I still can not believe how dificult the event organizers make it for local talent to get a spot at one of their stages... it is a disgrace that I can play at a festival in Manchester England and not at Manchester Tennessee... Well there is always 2011, maybe next year I'll get a chance to treat the audiences with sometingh they have been longing for, something cool & fresh...!!! I too should be playing at Bonaroo 2010,just remember that "no one can stop the future"

I think this is a great collection from the flood. It really shows several different angles. I don't mind the coloring at all - I think it looks pretty, but doesn't distort the magnitude of the situation. good job.

This photo makes me SO MAD!! I hate it like it's my JOB! How could someone add color and distort the ACTUAL devastation that occurred to MY city? It's like a cheap air-brushed piece of crap. This is NOT how MY city looks. STUPID!

I COULDN'T AGREE MORE!! I was SO P!SSED they even PRINTED this in Nashville Scene!! It's too 'pretty' and colorful - and FAKE! I HATE this picture like it's my JOB! This - and the cover with the highway and semi's on it. This is a REAL devastation to MY city. How DARE they put something like this in print!

I live in Australia. I've been through many huge and devastating floods. Either way you look at these photo's, it looks like a whole lot of heartache to me. We wish you a speedy recovery Nashville.

aa is right, SOME of these pictures show alot of damage, but there isn't enough photographers at the Scene to fully cover the flood damage. Tdurant, I want to know where you live. Obviously you don't live around or near the flooded areas. These pictures look better, but youtube is the best place to go for info on the extent of the flood damage.

With a couple of exceptions, these photos are really lame. They hardly convey the magnitude of the flood. A guy with a manhole cover, a turtle crossing the road...oh, the humanity! Regular people with cheap cameras took much better photos than these. Is this really the best you could do?
